Jokes aside—even though 10 weeks is an average, how long the implementation takes really depends on 4 things: how complex is your sales process, the size of your sales team, how much customization you need/want, and the BluePaperclip subscription package you purchase.

Generally, a basic setup might be ready in just 6 weeks, while a more detailed implementation with multiple integrations could take over 3 months. 

In most weeks you only need to dedicate one hour per week for a weekly Zoom call to talk about project updates and planning.

During the course of the implementation we’ll also need to meet 2 or 3 times with other key team members for specific questions about their roles and training.
